Personalization
Every piece is made to order. Pick your size and style, then send us your photo, names, or song details using the instructions in your order confirmation email. We review every photo before production and will reach out if a different image would print better.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after your personalization is confirmed. Standard delivery usually arrives in 5 to 9 business days within the US. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Returns and refunds
We offer easy 30-day returns. If you are not happy with your order, contact us and we will help you return it for a refund or exchange. See our refund policy for full details.
Order tracking
Once your order ships we email you a tracking number. If you have not received it, check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards and other secure checkout options. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
